Preserves additional fields in chat messages when parsing, ensuring that tool call data and other metadata are not lost between parses. Also fixes annotation highlighting and extmark placement for tool calls in chat rendering. Signed-off-by: Tomas Slusny <slusnucky@gmail.com>
