- schema v3: forget_tombstones (secondary barrier) + forget_log/forget_detail audit
  (bare-TEXT session_id is a deliberate no-FK decision, see design §3.4)
- ignore: new 'session:<source>/<sid>' exact rule (primary barrier, survives rebuild),
  force-appended by forget, idempotent
- sync: both ingest entries (runSync + captureSessions) consume tombstones as a
  whole-table Set (loadTombstones) and pass sourceSessionId to the ignore matcher;
  manual save hit emits a non-silent warning (C7)
- cli/forget: preview (age/keep/remove/link peers/imported) -> --yes single-tx delete
  with optimistic-lock snapshot (.sessionrelay/forget-pending.json), prefix ambiguity
  guard (COUNT>1 -> candidate table, never silently pick one), --all with daemon
  guard + --confirm <projectId> + db triple-delete + forgot-at-<ts>.txt, --history
- MCP stays at 15 tools (zero AI deletion power); save_note wording updated
- README: 遗忘权 section with archive-vs-forget rule of thumb
- test/forget: 43 cases (A/B/D/E/F/G + full C-series anti-resurrection with real
  source files, JSONL + sqlite cursor types) — full suite 171 green, pack-e2e green
- docs: implementation notes appended (§10 / 执行记录), v4/v3 bodies untouched
