  2. feat: srelay semantic — optional local semantic search per design v4 …

- schema v4: session_vectors (PK=session_id, model as version key, FK CASCADE
  with forget) — migration v3->v4 automatic, empty until enabled
- semantic module: Embedder abstraction (transformers.js v3 via user cache dir
  ~/.sessionrelay-semantic, never ~/.sessionrelay — home-dir pollution bug caught
  and fixed), forced L2 normalization (pipeline normalized option is a no-op),
  brute-force cosine (no ANN, no new native deps), top-K=5 hard cap
- engine fusion: caller-precomputed semanticHits injected as optional param —
  not passed = byte-identical 0.2.5 behavior; FTS hits never replaced, semantic
  appended after with viaSemantic flag
- lifecycle: digest targets = confirmed without matching-model vector (imported
  covered); rollback/archive delete vectors; forget cascades
- CLI: semantic enable (auto-install deps, backfill) / disable / status / test
- doctor conditional check + status line + README section
- tests: 14 new (CI zero-model via FakeEmbedder + hand-crafted orthogonal
  vectors); full suite 185 green; real-model acceptance 12/12 synonyms
  (was 8/12 literal-only, miss 33% -> 0%), controls 5/5

  3. chore: release 0.3.0 (semantic search) + pre-release audit fixes 

    Audit fixes (P1): digest body concat bounded in SQLite (30 msgs x 200 chars,
was full concat of 200 msgs); per-target embed failure skip with poison-pill
self-heal (retry after restart); enable backfill loop exits after two idle
rounds. README test count 125 -> 185. Benchmarks at 5000 sessions: full cosine
scan 2.6ms/query, vector load 15ms, ~10MB external memory, 9.8MB on disk.
