ZCode writes the message row first and streams text parts in later; a sync
landing in that window read the row as contentless, skipped it, and advanced
the rowid cursor past it — the text, once it landed, was never rescanned.
Measured: one live session lost all 2167 assistant messages (users intact —
atomic writes). Fix: within a 10-minute grace window the cursor parks before
the first empty row and rescans next cycle (seq_num unique key keeps it
idempotent); stale empty rows no longer stall the cursor. Schema v5 migration
clears zcode cursors so every install self-heals its historical gap on first
sync. 4 race regressions + 1 migration test, sabotage-verified.
