Module 02 exercises are solved inline, 06 and 14 are empty TODOs — what's the convention?

In python-study-Neo_1/curriculum/02_variables_types/exercises.py, the TODOs are answered inline (score = 95, gpa = 3.8, print(price_flt*2) directly under each comment). But curriculum/06_control_flow/exercises.py and curriculum/14_apis_requests/exercises.py leave every TODO empty, with solutions expected in answers/.

Is the convention that exercises.py is a scratchpad that eventually gets cleaned out into answers/, or should inline solutions like Module 02's be moved out to keep exercise files pristine?
