  1. Add MkDocs documentation site with Material theme 

    - Create root pyproject.toml with mkdocs + mkdocs-material deps (via uv)
- Create mkdocs.yml with Material theme, tabbed nav, mermaid support
- Add hooks/fix_lists.py to fix list rendering for CommonMark-authored docs
- Add .github/workflows/deploy-docs.yml for GitHub Pages deployment
- Add docs-serve and docs-build recipes to justfile
- Update .gitignore for site/ and .venv/
