you can create one for roo or kilo, then rename the folder to".agent".

The latest versions of Ag, implemented a 'Workflows' feature. I was looking at its documentation, and it looks like Windsurf Workflows (at first hand they look very muck alike). I'll try to copy/adjust/implement the basic SK commands in it and do some tests....
