we've been using speck-kit since a few months now, love it.
We explored a way to integrate it with out stack (e.g. Jira, tools for requirements quality analysis, code quality, etc). To avoid forking and bloating the core spec-kit, I looked at the existing ideas to support extensions but nothing seems to be maintained and adopted by core spec-kit.
As a result, I've created extension system that works really well and it might be beneficial to community too. I'd love the see review/feedback for the extension and contribute the code to community.
