Proposal: Production-ready Security & Compliance Layer for AI Agents (AEGIS)

Hi Semantic Kernel Team,

I've been following the amazing work on Semantic Kernel. As enterprises adopt it for autonomous agents, a major gap emerges: traditional API gateways cannot evaluate AI intent, leading to DLP risks and compliance gaps (GDPR/SOC 2).

I built AEGIS, a production-ready, drop-in security and compliance layer specifically for AI agents. It provides:
• Real-time ABAC policy enforcement
• Built-in DLP (preventing PII/API key leaks)
• Cryptographic audit chains (HMAC-SHA256) for tamper-proof logging

Status: Production-ready MVP, 85/85 automated tests, fully containerized (Docker), zero operational burn rate.
