Compose rebuild with no deps

is it possible to rebuild compose service without deps from ui?

There's a couple things you can do. The easiest is probably to take advantage of command customization. Another option would be to customize a docker-compose VSCode task, more on that here--but there's not a dedicated flag for --no-deps.
