  1. fix(keymaps): correctly handle esc in insert mode 

    When a suggestion is not visible, the `<Esc>` key should exit insert
mode. The previous implementation did not correctly handle the case
where there is no previous keymap for `<Esc>` in insert mode.

This commit fixes the issue by explicitly calling `vim.cmd.stopinsert()`
when the key is `<Esc>` and the mode is insert mode, and no suggestion
is visible.
