Chrome extension/native browser connection is not registering my current Chrome tabs

ChatGPT desktop and Chrome were restarted, the Chrome plugin was reinstalled, and Google OAuth was disconnected. The Chrome side panel is installed, but ChatGPT cannot see my signed-in App Store Connect tab and sees only separate /login tabs. macOS on Apple Silicon.
