The MCP registration pointed node at out/main/mcp-server.js inside
app.asar, which plain node cannot read — so sessions started under the
packaged app got no session-manager tools at all (broken in every
packaged release since v0.1.0, masked by always running from dev).
Disable asar so the bundle ships as real files; asarUnpack is dead
config without asar and is removed.
