Hi! I ve been running into some performance issues that have to do with making a separate headObject request for every file. Why not use the GET Bucket (List Objects) command and get the ETags for 1000 files at a time?

Add development S3 bucket

Uploads now use an S3 bucket. To prevent devs needing to have those credentials, we could use a fake S3 server running locally, as part of the docker-compose setup. Shrine recommends minio. Trouble is it won t have any images installed on it (e.g. awards, ranks).
