it would be nice to be able to define a namespace for your rrm. so prefixing namespace-{bucketname} to all the buckets
as an optional paramater to rrm. this allows multiple rrms to live in the same riak.

If an entity is added that uses a new entity bucket it will not be iterated over (if it s components match a cached
c_set).
This basically means it s not currently safe to add an entity after running any systems (in the general case).
