In order to follow our new lambda naming convention we need to change the bucket name from pgexport-awslambda to
tesera.svc.pgexport. We also need to make sure we update the policy for this function to write to the same bucket.

I can ignore the Spaysays buckets for now, since they are going to disappear soon. But, I should try to identify from
the codebases and contents what each of these buckets does, and then tag them according to the repo.
