Cloud tests shared a bucket, so files left by one test made later tests fail in CI.
Give each test a fresh bucket and reset credentials and mocks between tests.

Site bucket is kept if the stack is ever deleted, and auto-delete is off. Versioning is on, so overwritten or deleted
files can be restored for 90 days. cdk diff shows the bucket updated in place, no replacement. Local backup refreshed
first.
