  1. feat(book-app): add input validation and type hints 

    - Validate empty title/author in handle_add() and get_book_details(),
  raising ValueError or printing an error and returning early
- Improve handle_remove() feedback with specific found/not-found messages
- Add type annotations to all functions in book_app.py and utils.py
- Expand test suite with edge cases, utils tests, and handler integration
  tests using monkeypatching and fixture-based collection isolation
