Problem
One dashboard is serving two very different audiences:
- Template authors want per-template health — is my template working, where is it failing.
- The azd team wants product data — who is using azd, on what surface, with what success.
Current dashboard is very template driven and we need to create a new azd data dashboard for case 2.
What we'll do
- Keep the existing dashboard as the template dashboard, for template authors.
- Build a new azd data dashboard for azd product data, with its own ACA links.
Done when
- Two dashboards exist, each with a clearly stated audience.
- The azd data dashboard covers users, surfaces, cohorts, and feature usage.
