@holgerhennig and I decided that this is unnecessary because people will likely not have it bookmarked and will just access it from the cellprofiler.org website

There is content at https://cp-website.github.io/imaging-flow-cytometry/
(1) It's confusing to leave it there.
(2) Are we sure that none of our publications contain URLs that point to Github?
