Seems like this project is a bit dead now. Shame, as some way to exclude URLs from being cleaned is really necessary but lacking.
Anyway, when trying to track a parcel on Evri (formerly Hermes), I will get an error that the page isn't found when using ClearURLs, but the page works fine with filtering off.
I have changed a character so the tracking code itself will be invalid.
My bookmark is for, and goes to this without ClearURLS:

When using the bookmark with ClearURLs on, I am sent to:
