Add an additional event API #29

Using an external API for events allows us to compete with design, but leveraging many APIs can allow us to compete with content. Each API can be scraped by a backend service, and accumulated into a database we own.

• Create a background service that collects and stores events from an external event API
  • Investigate thresholds using API limits (hourly, daily, every minute?)
• Create an API call to retrieve the events
