Create a Github PR template #38

Open

Description

@fawcilize

A template can help keep communication standard and encourage sharing details. Sometimes we may understand something in our head, but others might not be as knowledgable about the change. Without details, it's hard to understand what the purpose of the change was for the reviewer, as well as the coder after some time.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Include a Github template
  • The template should have a placeholder for the purpose of the pull request: ### Why?
  • The template should have a checklist for definition of done:
    • Automated Tests
    • Updated documentation
    • Updated Translations
    • Meets Performance Budget
    • Accessible
    • Others you can think of
