   Fixed in e73b606: .r added to CODE_EXTENSIONS. No tree-sitter-r package exists on PyPI yet, so R files go through LLM semantic extraction — functions, variables, and relationships are extracted from source content. AST extraction can be added once a tree-sitter-r grammar is published.
