Data Node - Allow download of Client Certificates #27507

When generating a client certificate via the UI, the user is presented with the option to copy the cert, key and auth chain to their clipboard to then create the certs locally.

It would be a friendlier user experience to have the option to download all the certs/keys in a compressed file.
