Create rectangle and circle tools in the editor #33

What?

We should be able to create rectangles and circles in the editor. Both tools should preview the shape while the mouse is down before the user commits it.

• User can select rectangle and circle tools
• The selected tool previews its shape before it is committed
• The resulting shape is drawn onto the grid
