Add dithering support to the editor #35

What?

We should be able to create a simple dither pattern in the editor. The first implementation can be basic as long as it creates the intended alternating-pixel effect.

• User can select a dithering tool
• The tool applies a visible dithered pattern to the grid
• The pattern is consistent for the same input
