B1 - Pixel Grid has dynamic sizing #6

What?

For usability, we need to allow the size of the PixelGrid to be changed dynamically. This could be done by making the underlying 2D grid data structure in PixelGrid use dynamic arrays (instead of Color[][]) or by replacing the grid that PixelCanvas holds with a new larger Grid whenever it is changed.

PixelGrid (or PixelCanvas) is dynamically resizable in the program and does not need to be restarted to resize the grid
