• Body: skill/bundle slash args lose newlines; session-status ignores the profile; a discovered local model matching a bare id reroutes to Ollama and forwards the gateway bearer to that local URL; responses-api never cancels its reader and reads response.error wrongly; the portable stream parser drops provider errors and CRLF streams; chat-backends.ts:83 assigns an undeclared variable (latent).
