Client publishing: TanStack Query artifacts and a dispatchable republish #114
The shared client publisher gains the ability to emit TanStack Vue Query artifacts, and the ability to republish a client without waiting for a service release.
Today actions/api-client-publish already generates types, an SDK, Zod schemas and a fetch client via hey-api — only the @tanstack/vue-query plugin is missing. And a new client artifact can only be produced by a full service release, which puts every downstream UI change behind a release plus Renovate's 7-day hold.
This tracker unblocks every UI workstream in the programme.
Acceptance criteria
A published client exposes query and mutation options behind a dedicated subpath, without forcing TanStack Query on non-Vue consumers
A client can be regenerated and republished on demand, with no service release
All three publishing service repos reference one pinned version of the shared workflow
Verified by pulling the published artifact and reading it — not by a green workflow run
