[Bug] Workspaces command output discrepancy.

./Shannon workspaces shows status in-progress .

WebUI shows the work status TERMINATED

Tried to resume with resume command, logs mentioned timeout after 5 retries .

Updated config file to use ANTHROPIC KEY, ran resume command which result in Timeout . #381

./Shannon status list no longer has workers .
