Inside of the bluetooth configuration there is the setting Privacy=network/on, which is:
- In the wrong section - should be under
[General] but is under [Policy]
- The parser does not accept the value
network/on

While the bluez config lists network/on as an option, the documentation is ambiguous, the parser accepts either network or on, not network/on (parser code).
So the correct config should simply have
