Bucket Aura #3383

Describe the feature

Literally, make and add Bucket Aura.

It works kinda like flamethrower just, placing and picking it back up quickly
Lava bucket for most hostile mobs, Water bucket mode for Endermen.

Could not be simpler to implement, might not sound exciting but believe me, it will be appreciated and given warm welcome by many of us :)

And no, Anticope addon is not a solution to something that should be in main client for ages now.

Before submitting a suggestion

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)
