Losing slabs when breaking full slab blocks from certain mods #146

When placing down a pair of slabs from certain mods as a full block and then breaking it, only one slab is returned.

This seems to be an issue with slabs specifically from Applied Energistics 2, Hearth & Home, and Yuushya.

I am playing the most recent version as of this post, 1.9.6b
