New flake8 release is flaging non-selected errors #605

New flake8 release flags non-selected errors. Below on Travis, I select 5 different errors but the new release of flake8 is flagging F401 errors which are not on the selected list. This did not happen in previous flake8 releases.
flake8 testing of https://github.com/jachris/cook on Python 3.6.2
$ flake8 . --count --select=E901,E999,F821,F822,F823 --show-source --statistics
./cook/file.py:2:1: F401 'os' imported but unused

3.4.1 was released to fix this. Thanks for the report.
