Refactor Rmd commands and configure #472
Description
Our extension supports extends to Rmd, not only R.
Like the relationship with Python and Jupyter, R and Rmd should be separated.
Such as r.selectCurrentChunk should be rmd.selectCurrentChunk
Also, commands and configure values can be the same naming convention as Jupyter and Python extension commands.
