chore: remove stale TODOs and commented-out code #408
Description
Problem
src/tirith/cli.py carries a commented-out --input-type check under # TODO: move to core, and src/tirith/utils.py has a # TODO: LOG directly above a line that already logs.
What to change
Delete those two spots only. Leave every other TODO; they describe real open work.
Done when
The diff removes only comments and pytest tests/ passes.
Comment to claim this issue and wait to be assigned. Unclaimed or inactive for 3 days, it returns to the pool. Run pytest tests/ and black --line-length 120 before opening the PR.

Hi Ankit, I just merged your PR. However anybody can still open PR to this because I think there are still some parts of the code that still have stale comments

ok @refeed i can just look for that and remove other also and create another pr for the same title and description.
