    For tenstar boards you should be compile firmware by yourself.

    I understand your position, but please understand mine too: I can't release firmware files for all boards at once; it's too time-consuming and expensive, and it will stretch the distribution process from an hour to several days.

    I still recommend you try compiling it yourself; it's not as difficult as you think. I suspect you're using Windows; the easiest way for you is to create a WSL nixos machine and compile it there.

    So, ask a friend to do it for you. This is a DIY security project, and it requires detailed familiarization and understanding of what you're doing and why. I'm not going to jeopardize the project by privately distributing it via email for your sake. If you can't figure it out on your own, then perhaps the project isn't for "regular people." There are too many "BUTs" before use. If I do the work for you, I'll only make it worse, because you need a clear understanding of the threat model, potential problems, and how to protect against them.

    I'm closing the issue. This isn't a technical problem, but a distribution issue, and it can't be resolved in any way.

He also provided detailed, specific build commands. You can simply copy the author’s full reply and paste it into DeepSeek, and the AI will walk you through the entire process step by step. With AI assistance, building the firmware is now extremely straightforward and basically foolproof.
