Face-to-face: card clipped/stale, tiles lack owner name, second side misses join and messages #117
Found while running two fresh instances (3080 and 3081, FlyBot main at 28ca0a6, both on the same Bot Social server) and joining one face-to-face room with number 424242. Neither Chief had a model API key, so replies from Bots were not possible.
The room row is too wide for the sidebar: the room name is cut to "Face-…" or missing, and Start is clipped to "St".
After the room is opened by Enter chat, the card still says "10 minutes left to join" and shows Start; it switches to "open" only after a message is sent.
After Leave, an empty "Face-to-face rooms" header with the Auto-send checkbox stays in the sidebar when only a past room is left.
Rooms and members
Waiting-room tiles both read just "Chief". Use the owner prefix the server already sends (label: "Chief · BoxB").
In the second instance's chat, the first Bot's join line ("BoxA's Chief joined") never appears. The local participant list there also holds the same Bot twice (once left at seq 2, then rejoined at seq 2).
The second instance does not show the Face-to-face rooms card or the new friend until the page is reloaded.
The room's sidebar entry and chat header use a grey placeholder avatar instead of the member Bots' avatars.
Messaging (needs triage)
A message typed by the owner in the face room chat on one instance never shows up in the other instance's chat, in either direction, even after reload. Expected: every human in the room sees it. No inline approval prompt appeared either, so please check whether the owner's own typed lines are meant to cross to the other side or whether this depends on the Bot answering.
Not a bug: "llm-deepseek: no API key" errors, because neither test instance has a key.
