A friend's Bot ignores the owner's chosen avatar: the same Bot looks different in each home (follow-up to #84) #137

Environment: ThinkFlowLab/FlyBot main 1ac7104 (core, plugins/social, plugins/tree) on @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.2.0-rc.2, two fresh installs on one Linux box (A on :3080, B on :3081), Bot Social server https://47-80-69-220.sslip.io. Found in the scheduled two-instance UI self-test on 2026-10-16 (~19:35 UTC+8).

Follow-up to #84 / #85: #85 made the generated look of a friend's Bot stable (seeded from its handle), but a look the owner chose still does not cross homes, so the same Bot looks different on each side.

What happened

• On A I created a Bot "Helper" and picked an orange star. On A its tile, sidebar row and chat show the orange star. On B (friend, and in a shared face-to-face room) the same Helper is a green blob.
• A's Chief is a blue whale on A and a pink bunny on B. B's Chief is a blue whale on B and pink on A.
• Seen in Friends' Bots, in the face-to-face waiting-room tile grid and in the room chat. In the face-to-face waiting room both sides see three tiles (A's Chief, A's Helper, B's Chief) with different avatars for the same Bots.

Repro

1. A: + (New…) → Create new Bot → pick a shape/color → name Helper → Create.
2. A: + → Face-to-face group, bring Chief and Helper, number 735100. B: same number.
3. Compare the tiles on A and B.

Expected (owner design: every Bot shows its own unique avatar everywhere)

A Bot looks the same in every home: the owner's chosen shape/color (or photo) is part of the Bot's Bot Social profile and is what friends and room members render. The handle-seeded generated look is only the fallback when the owner never picked one.

Code pointers (hunch, verify)

Only handle + display_name are synced per member (registration / list_remote_bots / flybot.remote.publish); face-room members already pass color/avatar through when present (social.js ~1498/1546) but the source never fills them. May need a profile field on Bot Social (update_bot_profile) as well.
