Face-to-face: Past rooms 'Open' does nothing on the second instance #171

Found in UI test on main 8020074 (two box instances A=@uia1415.home, B=@uib1415.home), shot test-176/T2-T5-B-sidebar-pastrooms-emptychat.png (smoke machine).

Seen

On B the shared face room only appears under Past rooms as Face-to-face · Ui… with a Closed chip and an Open button. Clicking Open (or the row) does nothing; the main pane stays on Chief. On A the same room opens fine in the main list.

Expected

Open on a past room opens its (read-only if closed) transcript in the main pane, like any other row. If a room cannot be opened, the button should not be shown.

Notes

Needs a repro check of whether the room was closed vs. left on B; either way the control must not be a silent no-op (usability).
