The Project board's queue rows print running and stalled untranslated, so a zh user reads "Dev4 · running" #1813

Symptom

A zh user opens a Project board while work is queued. The panel's headings and counts are translated (等待 / 进行中 / 受阻 / 完成), but every queue row's state is printed in English: Dev4 · running, and a row whose lease has run out reads Dev2 · stalled. The two words are the only part of that panel that never translates.

Root cause

• core/src/client/project-board.js:178 builds each queue row as state: item.stalled === true ? 'stalled' : 'running' — lowercase state ids, not labels.
• core/src/client/project-board.js:252 renders the row with t(row.state): row.holder === null ? t(row.state) : `${row.holder} · ${t(row.state)}` .
• core/src/client/i18n.js has the capitalised Running: '运行中' (:36) and a lowercase done (:1325), but no running and no stalled. t() returns the key unchanged when the dictionary has no entry, so zh users read the English word.
• core/client.js carries the same code (the built bundle), so the shipped client has it too.

Why CI stayed green: the cases #1768 added for the queue group (core/test/project-board-view.test.js) never bind the zh dictionary; an unbound t() returns the English key by design, so the missing entries were invisible to the suite.

Reproduction (real client code, no sleeps)

Bound the dictionary to zh and ask it for the two ids the board passes:

t('Running')  -> 运行中
t('running')  -> running      # what the row actually passes
t('stalled')  -> stalled

The rendered row is Dev4 · running; with the dictionary bound, the same panel's headings are already Chinese. The same two lookups against core/client.js (the bundle) answer identically.

Expected

• running → 运行中 (reuse the capitalised entry rather than a second wording), stalled → 已停滞.
• One case that binds the zh dictionary and asserts both lookups, so the next untranslated board state fails in CI instead of shipping.

Scope

• core/src/client/i18n.js: two entries.
• core/client.js rebuilt, patches/ds-bot/0008-client-bundle.patch re-cut the way the other 0008 changes are (patches/ds-bot/files/ has no i18n.js mirror). One test case.
• Not in this issue: the board's read-once behaviour that makes stalled arrive late at all (tracked separately as P-223 in the product backlog), and nothing on the read side of the board.

This rides the PR that already touches the client bundle and 0008, so the bundle is rebuilt and the patch re-cut once instead of twice; that PR names this issue in its Fixes line.

Duplicate check (open + closed)

Searched at this read: stalled project board (2 — #1768, #1770, both closed and neither about translation), i18n missing key board (14, none matching), project board queue chinese label (1, unrelated: #1385 README). No issue covers the missing running / stalled entries.
