Tree: show a coordinator its children's runtime load #507
Triage (2026-10-20 14:59 Asia/Shanghai, main 303c0d6): needs-human — external PR #508 implements this. Design fits owner tree rules (process-local activity-feed counts, ids/times only, additive to prompt-driven coordination, independent of a plan ledger). One real issue on the PR: the prompt line is written only on tree refresh, so it can go stale while list_children.load stays live (docs claim both are live).
Waiting on the owner confirmation item (accept as-is / request prompt-freshness fix / defer). Not applying agent-ready.
On HugoXK's #508: putting the child Bots' live turn load into list_children.load is fine. The extra prompt line is the problem, because it can go stale: it's written once, and nothing updates it when a child's load changes. Either:
refresh the coordinator's prompt whenever a child Bot hits turn.start / turn.end, or
drop the prompt line and rely on list_children.load alone.
Once that's fixed, #508 can be merged. It's an external contributor PR that addresses this issue, so we won't start our own implementation.

Owner decision: option (b), fix first.
