Four spelling errors in tier control text (CONF-001, INFOSEC-001, VC-003)

Four spelling errors carried over from the v0.4 source spreadsheet during the Markdown conversion. All are in tier control text, which is the part of each control practitioners are most likely to quote or lift into their own policy documents.

None change meaning, so this is a safe first PR for anyone wanting to try the contribution flow. Whoever picks it up: edit the Markdown under controls/, then run python3 scripts/build.py and commit the regenerated dist/ and README index — CI will fail otherwise.

Also worth a broader proofread pass before v0.4 circulates beyond the board; these four were found by grepping for a short list of common misspellings, so it was not exhaustive.
