chore(tools): consolidate duplicate and overlapping tools #174

Several tools overlap, which inflates the tool list and makes models pick between them inconsistently. Glama's automated tool-quality review (scored 2026-09-09, 2.3/5) flagged the same thing: "an agent cannot reliably pick the intended tool."

Overlapping clusters (behaviour not yet compared)

• Mass properties: get_mass_properties / calculate_mass_properties
• Materials: get_material / get_material_properties
• Saving: save_file / save_part / save_assembly / save_as
• Macro recording: start_macro_recording / stop_macro_recording (registered twice) vs automation_start_macro_recording / automation_stop_macro_recording
• Tutorial: tutorial_simple_hole / sketch_tutorial_simple_hole
• Drawing views: create_drawing_view / add_drawing_view / create_technical_drawing
• Drawing checks: check_drawing_standards / check_drawing_compliance / validate_drawing_completeness / analyze_drawing_comprehensive (plus analyze_drawing_views / _dimensions / _annotations)
• VBA generation: generate_vba_code vs eleven specific generate_vba_* tools

Naming

The verb vocabulary is inconsistent: create_* vs add_* for similar operations, get_* vs calculate_* for the same data, and an automation_ prefix that breaks the verb_noun pattern. Pick one verb per meaning and document it in CONTRIBUTING.md.

Tasks

• Compare each cluster; keep one tool, or document why each exists in its description
• Settle a naming convention (verb list) and rename to it
• Deprecate before removing: one release where the old name still works and says what replaced it
• Re-check the tool-quality score after the release
