feat(skills): ship an agent skill for using the server #175
Description
Models call the tools without knowing SolidWorks conventions, and the guidance we have (docs/agents/com-api-pitfalls.md, .claude/skills/) is aimed at contributors, not at people using the server. Ship a skill users install into their agent (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) covering: units (metres internally), plane and face selection, sketch → feature order, rebuild before selection, read back after every write, and when to fall back to VBA generation.

Addition: deliver the core guidance through MCP itself as well, so every client gets it with nothing to install:
instructionsfield (sent when a client connects): a short list of conventions and pitfalls;solidworks://guide) with the longer recipes.The installable skill then becomes the richer, optional layer on top, built from the same source text.
