OpenCode crashes during use on Windows (garbled console output) #10414
Steps to reproduce
Launch OpenCode on Windows.
Use the app normally for a short while.
OpenCode crashes; the terminal output becomes garbled/illegible (random characters).
Screenshot and/or share link
Screenshot attached showing corrupted terminal output at the time of the crash.
I also believe that it is during copying but seems to happen differently. > I have this quite regularly too. It usually happens when I select and copy text from opencode while it's in the middle of working.

And it's not just in the newer releases. I don't recall since when but this issue has been there what feels like right from the start.
