feature: filter unsupported models #1214

I am using github-copilot as a provider

My employer is blocking access to some models, but when opencode list models it still includes them in the results.

Is there a way to filter out theses models ?

For example in CopilotChat.nvim models that are not supported are not displayed when changing models, here is the relevant code.

I would love to be able to filter them so I don't have false hopes when a new model drops.
