UI Bug with Win11 CMD or WT

The terminal fails to scroll once it fills up with text and I have to use pgup and pgdn to get the UI to refresh and read the output.

same here. Older versions have that issue as well.

Edit: Solved when setting setx TERM xterm-256color but I don't really like that color...
