Description

Started happening after the big UI change. It usually happens to me at least once after every message I send.

Some subagents get duplicated even more, the record was 8 times. With subagents, file reads and writes get duplicated too, in large blocks that include everything the agent has done, and printed 4-8 times.

Steps to reproduce

Write anything that causes the AI to say something, then read files. Seems a bit random but very frequent.

    Different than the two above. The vibecoded dumpster fire that is https://github.com/anomalyco/opencode/blob/13616e345930b6c9e7cca898fcb98a8c4ff896b5/packages/ui/src/components/session-turn.tsx will surely be fun to debug
